Service Description

Includes 90-minute video consultation to obtain a medical history, discuss goals, and create a plan of care. Up to 3 follow-up phone calls, up to 20 minutes. Unlimited email communication with 48 hour response time. RN communication with the patient's physician is available. Ongoing coaching is available if more time is needed. *All services are provided within a one-month time period. Available throughout the U.S.
